Standard Exchange
To initiate an exchange for a non-defective item, please contact us at shannon@mamastouchsa.co.za within 7 days of delivery. Include the item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. They must also be in a resalable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the courier costs.
Defective or Faulty Items
If you receive a defective or faulty item, please contact us at the same email address within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an inspection. Include a description of the defect as well as a photograph. If the item is confirmed to be defective after our inspection, you are entitled to a replacement within 7 days of the confirmation.
If the item is not found to be defective, you will not be entitled to a replacement. Mamas Touch will cover all associated postage costs with exchanging faulty items only.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please consider your purchase carefully when buying discounted items.
